Talooka Studio partnered with the Chicago Center for Leadership and Transformation (CCLT) to design a visual identity that embodies leadership, community, and systemic change. The logo design combines interlocking shapes to symbolize unity and transformation, with a dynamic, upward movement representing growth and progress. We chose a bold, modern typeface to reflect CCLT’s forward-thinking approach, paired with a warm, vibrant color palette to evoke energy and optimism.

The design aesthetic blends structure with fluidity, balancing geometric precision with organic flow to mirror CCLT’s role in bridging communities and fostering change. This visual identity extends seamlessly across digital and print platforms, creating a cohesive, engaging brand presence. Together, the elements support CCLT’s mission to inspire action and cultivate leadership.
